Product Design:

During the product design stage our Optical Comparator is extremely useful to create exact matches of existing thread designs that are going to be adapted to our tooling.

Optical Comparator, it projects a precisely magnified image onto a viewing screen where it can be accurately measured or compared against a master overlay or template.
 

Material Selection:

Depending on the use and demand on the tool, the materials vary. A few of the variables that we taken into consideration when selecting a particular material are tensile strength, acceptance of hardening, corrosion resistibility.

 

Manufacturing:

During the manufacturing process each product is machined on a CNC Lathe, CNC Mill, or a combination of the two. Upon completion of the final product, each item is hand tested to ensure accuracy.

Heat Treating:

Heat Treating is one of the most important parts of the entire process. Each tool that requires hardening is hardened to provide optimal performance. Hardness Testing is performed on the finished product, to ensure it has been hardened to the predetermined Rockwell Hardness Measurement.
